Electroplating process has the key role in the domestic products. Plating provides the product a superior look and prevents the surface from tarnishing & corrosion. Before the electroplating process the components are moved through solvent and water based ultrasonic machines to clean out all the dirt from their surface. When the components become ready for plating, they move through several stages of electroplating process.
In electroplating all parts are finished with multi-layer of Copper, Nickel and Chromium processes. The copper plating is done in three stages then Nickel plating and finally Chromium plating.
