Our process starts from alloy manufacturing by mixing base metal zinc and Aluminium with alloying elements as Copper, Magnesium Manganese and Silicon in melting furnaces as per their required quantity and standard. Then alloy is converted in ingots through conveyor. The larger part of alloy is sold as ingots to our esteemed customers of bath fitting, hardware and auto components manufacturers and remaining is used for inhouse manufacturing of die cast components.
